Investigating

At around8:50am we were alerted to an issue affecting our WooCommerce Hosting platform, specifically the Cloudflare CDN we think. Our Hosting provider quickly rerouted traffic away from Cloudflare to restore service and sites were back online a few minutes later. We are awaiting an update from our providers and will update you here later.

NMI have confirmed that the incident has now been resolved and all systems should be working as usual. If you experience any ongoing issues, please report these by raising a ticket or emailing us via admin@sellerdeck.com.

Sellerdeck is aware of an issue impacting our Sellerdeck Payments by NMI Payment Gateway. Some Customers may experience service issues as a result. We are currently in contact with NMI to discuss the issue and will add updates as the issues are resolved.
