Pulsant Network Issue

all services are restored, we are waiting for clarification of the root cause from Pulsant

Services al now seem to be back online. We are working with Pulsant to understand the cause

The issue has been reported as a 'wider networking incident', as of now services are all back to full operation.

Services are coming back online now, but we do not have an all clear from Pulsant at this time, so the issue is still ongoing
