Update

We continue to experience an issue where some transactions are not processing successfully via the live payment gateway system using the Opayo Server integration. Please refer to your MySagePay account to review your latest transaction statuses.

Our investigations are continuing to progress and we will provide an update in one hour or sooner if we have a resolution.

Datacenter Network Latency

Investigating

Our datacentre have advised us of a network issue causing latency timeouts resulting in sites not responding, they are working to resolve the problem now and we will update here as and when more information becomes available

Network issue (Pulsant)

Investigating

At approximately 8:20am one of our hosting partners Pulsant had a network issue that resulted in a very brief drop in connectivity, the issue was quickly mitigated. An investigation is underway.

Server Gold005 Outage

Resolved

The Server is now back up and running. The issue continues to be investigated to identify the original cause of the outage.
