Update

the issue is now being corrected and we are already seeing a positive impact on connectivity, sites that were 'down' are now 'up'. However the issue is not fully resolved yet and the team are still actively working to restore 100% connectivity ASAP

The issue is wider spread than just Sellerdeck hosting and our hosting service provider and the upstream ISP's and network providers are working to resolve the issue

Since approx. 21:40 Friday 2nd July we have been experiencing intermittent traffic flow via certain ISP's and network providers, eg. Sky Broadband. The issue has been logged with the ISP's and is being investigated and we hope to see a resolution soon.

Following on from the issues over the weekend we are aware of, and continue to investigate, issues related to email and site performance. This is affecting a small number of customers, but is being dealt with as fast as possible.

some of Sellerdeck Desktop hosting servers are currently not responding due to a network failure, our engineers are working to resolve the issue now
