EasySpace DNS issues

In Progress We have seen issues with easyspace DNS performance and reponses, resulting in what look like 'server' outages. Our servers remain fully operational, but certain DNS services, not operated by Sellerdeck, are impacted, easyspace being one. DNS is cached at multiple levels but our monitoring also checks the DNS service as part of checking the server and web sites, so it shows a problem even though it may not be immediately visible. Sellerdeck has no control over these DNS services and advises you contact your DNS providers support if you have any questions
