Opayo issues

    Further to our earlier notifications, we can confirm that the issue is now resolved and normal service is now resumed. We continue to closely monitor the system.

    A comprehensive review is underway to ensure robust processes are in place to provide uninterrupted service to our customers.

    Interruption to Transaction Processing 21 March 2022

    We continue to experience an issue where transactions are not processing successfully since 14:08.

    Our investigations are progressing and the issue is isolated to a 3rd party provider who we are in communication with. We will provide a further update in 1 hour or sooner if we have a resolution.
